Daily Outfit: Déjà Vu Déjà Vu

All day I was having the strangest feeling of Déjà Vu, and I couldn’t quite put my finger on why. At first I thought that maybe it was because today was yet another non-descript Wednesday at work; however I soon realised that in fact, the feeling was induced entirely by my outfit for the day! About a month ago I wore almost this exact outfit to the Vinnie’s Warehouse Sale, and then a month before that again, almost the exact outfit was worn to work!

For this Déjà Vu inspiring daily outfit I’m wearing:

Blue and white seersucker blazer – Meeting Street, thrifted
Navy cotton tailored button-down shirt – Euromerican Tailors
Blue and white seersucker necktie – Brooks Brother 346, ebay
Gold-tone tie clip - gift
Black leather belt – Raphael Steffens
ARC 3D loose tapered jeans – G-Star
Blue leather boots – G-star

I guess this is bound to happen, living as I do within a relatively limited wardrobe and to a relatively meager clothing budget. I read something a while back by Scott Schuman of The Sartorialist, who said that Fashion Bloggers couldn't ever have any influence because they are limited by their wardrobes. I disagree, but mostly because I don't think that having a limited wardrobe is necessarily a bad thing. If I had a wardrobe of 24 pieces of impeccable quality that all worked harmoniously together, I think that I would be happy living within that.
